Mid February Update

Hello all! So much is happening in the space of a few days I thought I would update you in between monthly bulletins. First, as of today all of the songs on Shocking Edison’s, “Scientific Curiosity,” have been played on the radio, 16 in all. In addition, we are now, “On the charts,” at number 174. The top 200 hundred bands played on the radio are tracked. We debuted at a little over the 200 mark, and each week have been progressing upward. Pretty cool! We have now been featured on three independent podcasts. If you haven’t yet listened to the show on http://www.eclecticmix.com/, it’s really fun. Finally, the list of radio stations nationwide that are playing Scientific Curiosity is growing daily. The current list is as follows: Eugene, OR Crested Butte, CO Punta.Gorda, FL Sarasota, FL Annapolis, MD Conway, NH Chicago, IL Bethlehem, PA Duluth, MN Tampa, FL Auburn, AL Laramie, WY Bel Air, MD Owensboro, KY Harrisburg, PA Hagerstown, MD Albuquerque, NM Norfolk, VA Shippensburg, PA Anchorage, AK Conway, NH Towson, MD Allentown, PA Bangor, ME Frisco, CO Virginia Beach, VA Lafayette, LA Bangor, ME Dallas, NC Santa Fe, NM Paonia, CO Grand Rapids, MI Paonia/Grand Junction, CO Farmville, VA Madisonville, KY Alexandria, MN New material is underway, and I’m really encouraged by the focus and dedication the band is placing on writing new music and playing well. For those of you who can make it, Shocking Edison is a featured band at this year’s, “Hibiscus Festival, an annual celebration in Punta Gorda. We will be playing sometime the evening of Friday, June 15th. It is an outdoor show, right on the water in a local park (the name escapes me at the moment). Save the date, and I will send an alert with the details as the date draws near. That’s it for now. Thanks for your continuing interest (feigned or otherwise!) Frank
